Today like most I get up with a migraine. Well my step dad was starting the replacement of our kitchen countertop. As we are replacing it some part of it fell and busted the water line on the wrong side of the valve. I hear this and take off running to shut the water off at the main line. I find it and get it turned off. But not with out a price. I have torn the meniscus in both knees 6 and 7 years ago. I torn the left one bad enough that they thought that I might need surgery and the right one a year after but not as bad. Well the quick sprint to the main reactivated the injury on the left. Thank God that I held on to the braces when I got out of them. I have found that wearing a neck brace helps out with my migraines when they travel down my neck. So right now I look like I have been in one hell of a car accident. Do any of you keep your old braces around after you get out of them just incase you may need them again? Have any of you worn a neck brace to help out with neck pain when you get a migraine that travels down your neck? Here is a pic of what I am wearing just so you all kinda have an idea.
