No, but birth control helps stabilize the mood swings that I get with PCOS so maybe it would be worth looking into for you too.

@Effloresce It impacts SO many areas in your life. Do you have an app for your phone that tells you about your cycle? You can put your date in and it will keep track of your hormone levels.
