I'm still young, but looking back, I should have gone to sleep earlier more often. Sleep deprivation can be bad for mental development, and I worry I'm not as intelligent as I could have been otherwise.

I did pretty well. I quit cigarettes, alcohol and drugs before I turned twenty five, started regular exercize and only weigh two pounds more than when i graduated high school.

I pretty much did take care of myself. It's the last four years or so that I've let things drift a bit and I need to stop that.

No, even though I didn’t take good care of myself when I was younger I’ve enjoyed remarkably good health.
