You really have to let this go. Punishing a wrong-doer is an accurate undertaking which should never be considered lightly.

Ah man, not worth it. go see a therapist and keep momentum going in your life. I had to see a therapist after a relationship because i had a lot of anger about it, helped to talk about it but time and doing things to move further away from it is the best way.

Also cut off all contact from them, no use in torturing yourself.

You don't have a mental issue. You have resentments. The sooner you learn about the principles of forgiveness and anger, the sooner you'll be free of these resentments.
