@SW-User that too
Gangstress · 41-45, F
God this is tough, actually dont think I've read anything along this topic 😱
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Gangstress I can find articles about it on Scopus or pubmed and sites like these but I want an actual medical book to read and the thing is I have to go to the library but I want to know beforehand which book may mention anything about Crohn's, and that's the tough part.
Gangstress · 41-45, F
@HannibalAteMeOut some librarians are quite knowledgeable. I ventured into a bookstore once, I wasn't sure what the book was called and he knew straight away when I described it. Maybe call them beforehand?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Gangstress I'll do that too, thanks!

Search on the internet for info, something like the Mayo Clinic usually has info or even Wikipedia.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@HannahSky I know where to find pathology books but I don't know if they will have anything on this particular topic
HannahSky · F
@HannibalAteMeOut I don't see why not, it's fairly common.

What’s Crohn’s disease?
Rippie · 31-35, M
@HannibalAteMeOut yes I have. Are you born with it or do you develop it overtime?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Rippie I'm not sure about this but I've read that it has multiple factors, it can be genetic or developed by some mistake in the immune system later in life.
