How to get rid insecure?

I just got back from interviewed and it was intense. The interviewer gave me intense questions that I make self doubt about myself.

He highlighted the word, hard. "This job is really, really hard. If you can't work, then don't.

Damn. It makes me self doubt and insecure. Then, I questioning myself right now.

I tried to respond positively, despite how he looked doubt on me

Hhhhmmmmmmmmmmm.... ...

PS: I'm looking video in Youtube now. Anyway, you can give any tips from your experiences in the comment section below. Thank you, thank you so much. 🙇‍♀️
Interviews are a joke - you are young and you will soon learn that to get the job you have to know the interviewers and connect with them on a personal level.
You have to be acquainted with the employees and make your face known to everybody. Its not what you know it is who you know - I used to think that was all BS but got basically every job by getting in through the back door.

@MarmeeMarch You're right about that.
@SW-User Dont be disheartened - its not all that hard to do. All you have to do is not be one of the run of the mill - rank and file candidates. Stand out - here is a tip - on the day of your interview , write and mail a letter thanking the interviewer for his time - simple 3 liner. Drop it in the mail - after your interview and maybe the next day he gets a letter from you. He remembers you. - You develop a relationship with the HR worker too. Call the HR worker.

@MarmeeMarch I'll keep it in mind. Thank you for that. 👍
You can rest assured he looks doubt on everyone he interviews. Sounds like one of two things - either he's hired some people recently who did not want to work hard or he's gotten carried away with his status and is playing king of the mountain.

I would believe him that it's a job requiring hard work. If you can work hard, relax. He wasn't really talking about you, but previous (or current) employees.

@Mamapolo2016 Yeah, you're probably right.

If it's a sales job I seriously doubt he knows what he is talking about. I wouldn't work for him just for that reason. You will never be able to please him. He has his own ideas what hard work really is. I doubt he would work 12 hour days for three three months straight. That's hard work!
SW-User
@DeWayfarer I can't question that. I mean, I didn't know much about him.

@SW-User None the less I wouldn't work for such a person. Sounds like he doesn't follow the laws governing federal employment guidelines. See also the laws governing your state as well. Each is different.

Never been interviewed. Just kinda got the jobs.
SW-User
@SW-User Ahmm. I could do with a bit more to be honest.
SW-User
@SW-User Don't say like that. It already happened. ☺️
SW-User
@SW-User still. I need more.

That person didn't make you doubt yourself...you doubted yourself when you walked in there.
SW-User
@Fernie Yea, I know.

@SW-User That's good that you admit that! Try not to blame others for "making" you anything. You won't ever change it if you don't take responsibility for it. You are at the age of insecurity right now.Not an easy time for anyone. It will get better as you have more life experience
SW-User
@Fernie I'm gonna exercise to not to meltdown easily.
