Will you leave your significant other when they are diagnosed with diabetes? *I won't but i feel guilty of even thinking about it. I'm just scared. *

I've got a very stubborn one and I am acting like I am the sick one...but he has to get his act together. It will be hard to love someone who cannot love themselves

He needs to eat the same meals or same amount of food at the same time every day, check his sugar level. He can learn to read his symptoms if he memorized the chart and pays attention to his body.... over heating is low sugar, slow movements and sleepyness is high sugar. He can treat them by not eating if it’s high, but snacking if he’s hot and sweaty which is for low sugar by. Drinking half a cup of juice.@MegumiTakani13

@Mindful these are wonderful info... He is a hardheaded dude, i am not sure how he will change now that he has diabetes, i will try to help him

I think we will manage like we did before... There are so many hindrances in our relationships and they are showing up one by one, i just felt overwhelmed.

Yeah, thats another reason why i am scared...they thought i will just be another asian gold digger, but here i am losing sleep thinking about how to learn to care for a diabetic. I am ready to sacrifice for my love for their son
