How healthy is it to get 13hr sleeps 2-3 times a week?

Not very, I think. But possibly still okay? Generally, they say you're supposed to get 7-9 hours of sleep, as an adult. That's 4 extra hours. Generally, they also say that it's unhealthy to get too little *or* too much sleep. But, if I was a betting man, I'd bet that more sleep is better than less. *shrug* Dunno.

13 hrs ×3 = 39 /7 = 5 hrs approx healthy like functionable
13 ×2 =26 /7 = 4 hrs daily ..its not that healthy but still you can live .
