I’m having a medical thing and I’m hoping someone here can help me figure it out

On Sunday, I woke up with a really bad pain in my lower back and stomach on the right side. I went to the hospital because I thought it was appendicitis or kidney stones or something of that nature. All tests came back negative. Yesterday I was fine, not in any pain. Today I woke up with the same pain on my left side. It feels like period cramps in my stomach but my back also really hurts. I can’t sit or stand for long periods of time. I’m seeing my regular doctor tomorrow but I’m not sure if I can wait until then, I might have to go back to the hospital. Any idea of what this is or a similar experience, please let me know

Go to the gyn and have an ultrasound ordered. Just to rule out ovarian cysts

It could be gallbladder. Better see a doctor.

I don't think I'd ask here, talk to your doctor

How did they test of appendicitis? I had it for a number of years but they couldn't diagnose it because it was not presenting itself in the traditional way. It turned out that my appendix was misplaced and so I would get severe pain but no other symptoms.
@hippyjoe1955 they did a blood test and CT scan

So, I found this. Not sure if it helps or not, but I hope it might give some ideas anyway! :)

I'm going with gallbladder. A teaspoon of vinegar in a glass of water can sometimes relieve the pain.

Visit a doc. Whatever you said sounds similarly like appendicitis.
Perhaps a kidney stone or something with your stomach,
Is your period soon?

Did you test liver function?
