I used to get ingrown hairs in really bad spots
A mirror ,Scalpel ,good lighting ,Hemostat's
Have it out in a jiffy
But I hate giving myself shots ,,and I am not afraid of a needle ,,,just hate sticking myself
But I can cut something out of myself easy as pie ,,go figure

@pennynoodles I can do it for others ,find a vein when most nurses can only get them to roll ,,
But I have real thick skin ,,I need one of my daughters who are nurses to stick me ,,
I have had needles stuck in my back from my tail bone up to the middle of my back ,,injecting steroids as they pull it back out ,,as they need to bend and rotate it and lay perfectly still ,,,but the tiny insulin needle ,,Praise God I no longer need ,,,I can't do it ,
It needs to be quick ,,insulin can go into belly skin where its thin ,,,I stick myself 4 times a day to check my glucose
I just can't stick myself with that little needle
With my BP so high my Daughter makes me bleed sometimes
and she is also a phlebotomist ,
Its a mental thing I know
Maybe its from being around all the junkies asking do I need a fix too ,,and saying "I don't do needles "
If I could ,maybe I would have been a junkie too

Face...had to learn when I was younger not to take any supplements with iodine or use iodized salt...would get the kind that took a long time to heal, usually only one at a time. Did some research and some people have thyroid glands sensitive to iodine when they get too much and it causes pimples.

I had moderate to severe cystic acne when I was in my early to late teens. I had large pimples all over my face, several at a time; it was worst when I was 14 to 16 years of age.

Worst visible location was end of the nose (Rudolph didn’t have jack shit on me!)

I watched it when I was in the hospital a couple of months ago but now if it’s on I have to switch the channel. Maybe the pain meds made it easier to watch? 🤷♀️.@pennynoodles
