Do any of you have experience with the Feldenkrais Method?

Feldenkrais is legitimate. In fact it has quite a story behind it. It is not quack- science.

Is that like the carbonaro effect?

Because the carbonaro effect just happens... to also... be the name of a hidden camera.... magic... tv show...

I wouldn't pay more than a good Pilates class for it

It does make my bowel movements a lot easier
