Gotta make it a habit. Eating junk food and being a couch potato is a habit too, buts it's one you've developed over time. Just have to do the same with your work outs until you don't even have think about it much.

There’s multiple factors, willpower, inspiration. But it’s about taking one step at a time, it’s not a good idea to try and change everything about your diet and lifestyle all at once, baby steps.

Its ok. Focus on the good things youre doing for yourself. Dont worry about the couch potato stuff. You need rest and fuel. Its ok.

Just once isn't enough. If you decide you want to feel more fit, and make a habit of working out, you may actually come to enjoy it.

I suffer from the same. But I am really honest with my workouts. But I do still eat alot of junk foods. 🤐
