I have a question about weight lifting
My schedule is wake up at 4:30am get to work at 5:00am, at around 7:00am i eat breakfast eggs,ham fries, 2 pieces of bread and bacon, then around 12:00 i eat the rest of that if there’s any left then leave at 1:30pm. If i get home at around 1:50 and shower and eat what time should I be doing a bench press workout for the most benefit?
