almost all headaches are due to dehydration. think of the last few days and how much water you drank and monitor how much you drink every day.

@antisocialbutterfly I would say if you were that thirsty sounds like you were dehydrated. it won't go away right away, the damage is done. best way to fix a headache is to drink water, eat something and take a nap.
