Have you ever had a runners/jumpers knee ? How much time it took to recover ?

ChimerIX · 26-30, M
A month when I was younger, but I learned to alternate with hot/cold therapy. It'll cut your recovery time in half.
@ChimerIX never heard of this quote/theory before 👀

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline It's how I get through the night.
@ChimerIX I understand 🥳

To help the muscles that support the knee - invest in a foam roller.
This device helps, your leg muscles, your spine.
If you are not familiar with a foam roller - YouTube have many examples how to heal with this device.

Your recovery will speed up with the foam roller.
@SoFine thank you :)

@DearAmbellina2113 you should do strengthening excercises daily

I have a torn ACL, had to get a cortisone shot last month, was too painful. Waiting for surgery.

I would be taking Serrapeptase to stop the inflammation for starters.
