When you order online, which reviews do you read first?

The lowest or the highest?

I was gonna buy one of those neck massages with the rotating thingys in it while at a store. I hopped on Amazon and saw one with more rotating thingys, cheaper, with good reviews. Don't know why i didnt read the bad ones first. Plus it's non refundable so to me that's a red flag.

Back to the store I go.
The lowest to see why it was rated so low, or really, to see if the low rating was justified by more than the packaging being too hard to open or that their UPS driver was an ass. Then I work into the midway reviews - the 5 star reviews are usually pretty pointless, but if there are only a few I go threw them to see if they are all paid respondents or if anyone truly liked the product they bought.

@TwiddlerofThumbs right. I hate when people leave bad ratings for packaging or slow delivery. Has nothing to do with product inside.

bad reviews and who sells it

Rotatey thingies?

I read both and check to see which has the highest reviews the good ones or the bad ones. Before ordering I check to see if the seller is a bad one or not. I like to get my items in tip top shape. So far I have not been disappointed. I leave reviews too.

Both. I usually check the 5- and 1-star reviews. Sometimes the bad reviews seem to be for dumb reasons, other times they’re enough to prevent me from buying it.

Both and then I check the recent reviews and try to notice any pattern in it, which often means they’re fake reviews

Bad reviews because I already know what I like about it, I wanna know what is unsatisfactory from others.

I read the facts from customers views, but sometimes it can be fake news or what not. I trust my gut instincts.

I read the top four or five in the column, whatever they are.
I read them all
