Being a quadriplegic

And having a cough should be illegal. I don't have the strength to cough and on multiple occasions I thought I was going to die because of lung congestion 😩

@reflectingmonkey Love snow but the cold weather is my least favorite. I have a metal plate on my neck that gets extremely painful in winter time. Too much baggage I know😊
