Why is cancer removal surgery and chemo so expensive, it doesn't seem worth it does it?

once i reach a certain age, if i get cancer, and it’s complicated, i will not be spending money on making my last days miserable af.

Well I was looking at cancer cure articles and the real smart doctors found chemicals in the female cannabis Indica plants that can reduce cancers and tumors until gone and estimate that when finally legalized it will only cost less than $4k to cure cancers and tumors and no surgery will be needed.

I know I'd just let it take me.

It's worth it if you or someone you care about survives cancer.
It's expensive because it's allowed to be. Cancer means big money. It's the chief reason a real cure is still, probably, a long ways way.

Almost certain vs. possible chance of survival? Seems like a no brainer.

Funerals are expensive, too.
