Is biting yourself considered self harm even if you don't bleed?

you can hurt yourself still ... there is internal bleeding,, now why would you want to harm yourself ?there is out patient psycho therapy.. get help and at your young age may be critical,,, not a joking matter..

@ChatterinSeuss it isn't a joke. i texted the crisis text line (again) for 30 minutes and tried distraction and grounding and i tried talking to my parents. nothing helped at all
