What do you take for an upset stomach?

That depends. Acid indigestion? I take "Equate" antacids. They work quickly. Upset stomach with painful gas? I take a simethicone (anti-gas) capsule AND the antacids. Acid indigestion that won't go away? Two or three days of Omeprazole. (i wouldn't take that daily, as it can damage your kidneys). And sometimes...once in a blue moon, nothing will work but a half teaspoon of baking soda in 8 oz of water.

Ginger tea.

Ginger tea is good, and honey mixed with warm water for an inflamed stomach, and lime or lemon juice mixed with a glass of water every few hours when I feel a stomach flu (or cold) coming on.

I rarely have that.. Im a picky eater in the first place
