Suicidal Thoughts

First time in a long time that i’ve been having uncontrollable suicidal thoughts. Because of something humiliating involving my personal life that happened to me last night. I don’t think i’m in danger or anything. But I start a new job tomorrow and I don’t want this in my head.

I’m also worried that they just won’t go away. Usually when this happens to me it’s for a lengthy period of time. And that’s upsetting to me.
