Any one can get cancer, it doesn't discriminate. There is genetic connection but it only means that your risk is higher to get it not that you actually will. getting back to breast cancer for a moment...Men can get breast cancer. It's extremely rare but it does and has happened.

@Mariocrespo8546 First of all...don't worry about it. There's no guarantee that you'll get it or that you won't. There is know way for anyone to know for sure one way or the other. When you go to bed at night do you worry you won't wake up the next morning? No (at least most people don't) it just doesn't cross your mind. This is the same way, just go about living your life and don't think about it. You can talk to your doctor or do some research to find ways to reduce your risks and follow those, but still just go on with your life. And by the way...your age has nothing at all to do with it.

It's common and it's deadly if the doctors don't detect it soon enough. However, subjecting all women to yearly mammograms could increase the risk.

@Mariocrespo8546 Anyone could get cancer of some sort, and genetics are one factor. However, smoking and drinking and other unhealthy things make it much more likely. My grandfather who died of cancer is the only one in several generations of my family to get cancer, and he was a heavy smoker.
