How to get a slim tummy?

Please help me my tummy is getting fat day by day looks like i m pregnant lol

Quality of food and portions.

Figure out the amount you need and some basic weight lifting as presto in a few months you'll have some results start to show.

You gotta change your life style if you want it to last as well

Push ups ... at least 150 a day...

I got mine by cuttting down or cutting out diary completely
@SW-User that makes sense. But my meds do it to me so I guess I have to stay fat:(

@AcidBurn you can get diary free cheese I have diary free yogurt and stuff as diary makes me bloated and makes me ill too
@SW-User I know it's out there, but it doesn't taste good. I've never had any adverse effects from dairy, so I leave it in my diet. I watch things like saturated fat, sodium, and sugar. I've also been lucky enough to not have weight issues. I just eat healthy-ish and stay active

You need to start fasting. You know all of those hours that you eat the unnecessary stuff? Yeah... fast during those. Only eat twice a day, one time at 4 o'clock, one time at 8 o'clock... Count calories so you don't overeat.

Seriously a slim tummy is hard work :/
