Today my body is suffering from pain as i added some new exercise for abs and v shape abs in my workout!

I hope till tomorrow i will get relief to try again those exercise!

@TheGreatLeveler Yes protiens consumptions is very important in diet as all amino acids are transfer from blood streams to muscles so they cure and become stronger!
