Does anyone have psoriasis on here? I kinda just want to know how much it affects your life basically.

found out today that I have it. Very mild though so nothing to be worried about. But I was told that it comes and goes all throughout life and just wanted to know other peoples experiences. like if it gets worse etc.

Doesn't affect me at all just annoying and uncomfortable. Mild compared to other people. I use cider vinegar or witchazel, cools and disinfects it and helps to stop me making it worse by scratching. Stress makes it worse for me.
