Will I see any results following this plan?
Hi my stats are 216lbs (when I first started two weeks ago which is 4lbs down from my highest weight), 5ft4/163cm. I work out 3 times a week minimum. Two of those are with a personal trainer. We do no cardio. A lot of strength training, reps etc. He wants me to start of slow. My goal is to be physically fit with minimal body fat. To me that’s 80-100lbs to lose. Even though my genetic makeup has helped because I don’t look like my weight.... I just want to make sure this money I’m paying and effort I’m making is worth it. I’ve been eating as clean as possible. No junk food. I had a cheesecake slice for my flat mate birthday but I went straight to the gym after! Any advice or tips?
