Of course you're bloody not!! You'd be a bloody idiot if you didn't! For one thing you'd fuck yourself up something shocking by going to work when you're sick, and not only that but you might put some other person at risk of catching whatever you have. so stay home, rest and enjoy yourself.

If you have sick time...you've earned it. You are not a bad person for using it. It doesn't hurt to take some time for yourself once in a while, life can't be all about work. Don't worry about it, take the day and get some rest.😉
