Today when I picked up my daughters from the bus stop, my oldest one told me that she learned in school that cold weather doesn’t make you sick. I told her that was wrong but she still didn’t believe me. When we got home I got online and showed her the proof, and told her to ask her teacher to research it some more.

anything that stresses the immune system can tip the scale. cold weather is a stressor, but not everyone, every time, gets sick from being exposed to cold weather.

Exactly, it just doesn’t feel good to be cold, it always makes me feel like I’m getting sick. That’s why I’m always extra careful when it comes to getting dressed @pentacorn
