why can’t I be normal ?

Had two big panic attacks today and now I feel terribly weak .

I feel weak after my asthma attacks. The thing is that no one is 'normal' because although someone may define something as normal it isn't everyone's normal. Having panic attacks for you IS your normal. Just because you have this mental anxiety that causes you to have these attacks does not mean you are abnormal. Keep your head up and keep walking forward. I hope you find a way to cope with your anxiety in the future.

@antisocialbutterfly you're welcome. That's my normal. ;) it kind of sucks to be bad st something as simple as breathing but I deal with it. :)

I know how horrible that can be, on days when I have particularly bad ones, or just more than usual, I find it helps to curl up in the shower with the water running for half an hour or more, if I had a bath that'd be good too.. I find the heat, steam and the running water can be very soothing, washes away the day I guess, both from body and mind

My hot shower turned cold...

@antisocialbutterfly aww I'm sorry, at least it's not long until summer, cold showers are nice then

yes

That really can be disabling. Have you talked to your doctor?

@Mondayschild I can’t
I’ve felt similarly after bouts of depression. This is something many people experience, which makes it part of the norm. It doesn’t fix things, alas. But you’re not alone by any means. 🙂
