Light exercise sometimes helps me. Walking or any low intensity cardio.

If it is abnormal for you to have severe cramping then you should see your Doctor.

@Cow1919 well you are stronger than me. I would be at home binge watching my shows and eating chocolate.
@sassypants sounds more like my moms day in plans which is always fun but I have to pick and choose days sometimes 😊

@Cow1919 gosh now I feel old. Lol normally I keep going as long as I can. I try to save my sick days for my kids. Sometimes being active helps too.

Drink lots of water. My cramps worsen when i’m drinking less water, body needs proper balance of water.
Also, for me, apart from tea or medicine, what works is food. Any kind, but mostly i like..tangy flavoured snacks and ketchup. 😅
If med is not working, you might want to change the medicine. Try another one, or if cramps worsen, don’t hesitate to see a doctor. 😊

@Cow1919 if it's that bad that pain killers aren't touching it then I would suggest you see a doctor. Could be a more serious problem.
