How to cure sinusitis?

depends if it's just stuffed sinuses from allergies or a cold, or an infection.

Oh it’s a seasonal allergy thing ... I use A sinus irrigator and add a little alkalol ( available on Amazon) to the warm saltwater mix and rinse out my head . I do it 2-3 times a day and take some otc allergy meds . Maybe throw in some pseudafed. It works !

I used to get sinus infections in the winter until I learned how to neti. It made a huge difference.

I've considered a power drill and a wire brush in the past.
