B12 injections ..

good afternoon everyone :) i was just wondering if anyone has B12 injections / acid tablets .. i’m new to this, have to have an injection every 3 months and take acid tablets once daily but i’m finding near to the next injection i’m feeling more drained/tired .. is this normal? (only had 2 injections so far!) anyway hope you’re all having a lovely day. :)

Well, the B12 they inject is inorganic chemical vitamin. To get the real thing organic and natural B12 is better from food products which will have no side effects.

@vikiii if it couldn't you would be dead. it would violate the laws of physics.

@vikiii we have all kinds of things stuck on our intestine walls blocking the absorbtion of vitamins etc. Sometimes even large parasites, sorry but its reality. Do a body cleanse etc. Good luck hope you get better soon.

My mother used to have them because she suffered from pernicious anemia. She always mentioned feeling tired about the week before the next injection. You might mention that instead of once every three months you have an injection every two months and 3 weeks.

@4meAndyou thank you for this, i will ask more when go for the next one and find out :)

I had a B12 shot, and it didn't do a thing for me. It just felt like I had a shot with nothing in it.

@Crickets oh ): was this the first one? i had to have 5? B12 injections in 2 weeks to start me off then 1 injection every 3 months afterwards.

@vikiii I was told to have a shot then get the vitamin to make it more effective. It didn't do a thing for me.
