If you saw a therapist would you feel comfortable baring your soul?

I have before and I didn't mind opening up to them. What I don't like is when they get hooked on one little detail of what you're saying and suddenly nothing else matters so they really aren't helping at all. I quit going because all they wanted to talk about was one subject over and over and it usually wasn't a problem for me in the first place. It just became a lot of expensive BS.

Eventually, maybe I don’t think I could afford the amount of sessions needed to get to that point though. 😕
