For New Year's weight loss...

I used a kind of psychotic weight loss regimen a couple years ago and lost a lot of weight. Over the last 2 years, I've gained 60% of it back, but I'm going to take it off again. If you're curious, this is how I did it.

It's harsh though, and dangerous if you have some medical conditions.

What about you guys? Any advice from successful weight loss?

@LyricalOne That's why the post behind that link is sprinkled with warnings. This is really only safe if you're in good health and know your limits.

@Xuan12 Not necessarily safe, just not as risky. Definitely healthier ways to accomplish weight loss goals.

@LyricalOne Maybe it's just me. I grew up with food insecurity, so even long fasts are normal to me.
