What's your preferred method of getting rid of pain?

First I try distraction. A shower in a temperature I normally cannot bare. I have tried to sooth myself in distraction. Taking a walk, Looking for something I misplaced last week. Simply attempting to change my focus. Migraines are often soothed by taking a hot shower.
Water hammering/pounding down on the spot that pains the most. Then sometimes, there is a break. I feel the release, the ability to escape for just a fraction of time.
See, it's all about changing ones focus.

Depends on the pain. I get migraines often. There is a tablet for that.
Excedrin Migraine Formula. Contains Aspirin so read the label with care.
I also get attacks of Anxiety. St Johns Wort helps to calm your thoughts...putting everything back on the shelf where it belongs.

Anyone suffering with Cataracs? There is a natural cure for this as well. It's unpasteurized Honey..straight from the Hive. You might obtain this from a Health food store.
Or a place that sells Honey comb. A drop of pure hive born honey will eat away the cataract almost over night. No need to risk surgery.

Dipping myself in a bath of nutella and hoping that the pleasures of it will overrule my pain receptors

Well my preferred method would be a 4 bag shot of heroin... But it doesn't work long-term a lot of repercussions

Depends on how bad the pain is, if it is real bad opiods.

Depends on the pain. I carry anxiety attacks. St Johns Wort takes that away. There is a pain relief for Migrains. Okay so it works for me. Excedrin Migrain Formula. Even this comes generic. Contains Asprin. Some people are allergic to Asprin.
