Anyone want to help people with various issues?

I went there once, tried the group chat thing and tried to get someone to talk with me by asking questions and they weren't helping anyone at the moment they were just making small talk and they ignored me, no notice of the multiple times I said something. All those help centers and crisis lines are BS parading as virtue because rarely anybody is invested.

I tried that a few years ago, it wasn't my cup of tea. For the reason that no one got back to me when I needed help, or they did but wasn't very timely. it was underdeveloped, and when I tried to be the 'adviser' people got triggered, so I left. That was then though, so I don't know how it would be like now. What's new there? How is it helpful for you?
