What motivates you to eat right/workout?

I was doing really good for a while, then fell off track. Need to get back into the swing of things asap lol
It helps me feel better and sleep better. My mood is better, too.

Knowing that physical activity can actually alter brain chemistry and help release neurotransmitters that promote feeling of wellbeing and feeling good. Some days I think, "My body thinks this sucks, but my mind will be happy later."

Feeling and looking better

Well personally whenever I do fall off the wagon (it happens don't be hard on yourself) I usually don't feel good. Physically my body seems sluggish and then if the lbs start to come back I can see it not just on the scale but all I have to do is glance in a mirror. And what was once a weight and look I loved when I had worked to it. Now I knew was a sign of my laziness and lack of control. It normally makes me quite sad but then I figure out the only way to better is to begin again. I know it works since I have already done it. [image deleted]
@Mrsbetweenfatandfit that applies to so many things
