Is a part of the back of my head swollen?

aight so, yesterday some crazy shit happend while me and my friend were celebrating our birthdays, 1st of all we were messing around in a park throwing sticks at eachother, but then suddenly a friend of mine accidently threw a small tree stump against my head, i had a deep 6cm cut in my head probably and i had 2 get 6 stitches, but it came 2 my attention that behind my ear on the edge of the back of my head a part of my skull or something is either sticking a bit out or its swollen, it feels kinda solid so idk, however it might be very logical if it were 2 be very swollen because i got a facking tree stump against my damn head, so is it anything 2 worry about or no? and also it doesnt really hurt its just kinda noticable at the side of my head but yeah.
