good low fat but maybe high carb meal: 1 onion cooked till soft and has some dark yellow colour... and garlic :)

then mix the cooked lentils and brown rice with the oily oniony -garlicy mixture.... now you have nice rice :) now put a garden salad with lots o tomato on it :)
