What's Wrong With My Heel?

The top of my left heel clicked for about 2 min. as I was traversing (running) some fields. It happened every time I lifted my foot off the ground. The area's been on-off slightly sore since I've sat at the sofa. I've done a lot of running (including a good bit on tarmac) & taken a lot of shots over the past week & a day.
