Does anyone have any suggestions for severe back pain?
I have back problems but today my back is absolutely killing me. It's my lower back and hurts into my hip bones and down into my butt. Any suggestions please! I'm desperate ):

Do some research on trigger points, can relieve pressure on entire areas of your body and help a lot with your back or other joints

Ugh back pain sucks. I just take a bunch some Motrin and take a hot shower at the end of the day.

Heating pad, warm baths, Aleve, Momentum used to be sold for back pain.
