What role do carbs play in your life?

We have a love hate relationship.
I love them, but if I don't want to develop diabetes again I need to maintain strict control on them.

they're the love of my life and always there for me when i need them, except when i neglect them and forget to go grocery shopping

A low one as I'm diabetic type 1 and they play havoc with my sugar levels.

They make me drooooolllllll.

they keep me fit and spunky
