I tried a melatonin supplement. It worked. But it did not help me fall asleep faster. It only helped my sleep not getting interrupted at night. And even this was a very nice contribution for my body...
@Katerinafaith we all have different levels of Melatonin in our bodies naturally. Melatonin works differently depending on how much you already have. Some of us are quite short on it so it works beautifully
I was happy that supplement allowed me to get a non interrupted sleep. Being a night person is my own choice because i feel more relaxed and can concentrate on tasks easier than day time. Falling asleep has always been a problem... i am counselling with a psychiatrist about all this situation i will see what happens in the future
Strangely this works for me when I sometimes use it. I read of it online. Breathe in to the count of four Hold breath to the count of seven Exhale to the count of eight. Repeat
I was plagued with insomnia...prescribed sleeping pills woke me up. I finally found Melatonin...natural, no grogginess, gentle and non addictive. Amazing
