I Love Nice Surprises
I hadn't logged in since last weekend. There was just no time in a crazy busy week. Today, when I did log in, I had a wonderful reward. A message from an old friend who has been off SW for a while as she trains for her next adventure. The fact the she popped in and sent me a note was just delightful. Thank you!
It serves as a nice antidote to the fact that out in the real world I saw off a great friend and colleague just yesterday. She's moving to a new assignment in another state. I'm proud of her success, but I am sad because she was my favorite person in the building!
