I Think Good Friends Are Rare

It's hard to get close to people that don't become jealous or resentful to me. Even my childhood friends eventually became hateful torwards me. I felt like a couldn't breathe because just being around them felt like an air of thick hatred for me. Then of course when I defend myself they play the victim. Friendship is a complicated thing I don't understand.
