I Write As a Form of Therapy

[big]Some people have a switch[/big]
that stops the mouth from speaking words out loud what they think...yeah, well mine is broken...I"m usually not a mean spirited person...and for the most part...I think good things about people...but there are times when...my mind thinks...Are you really that stupid?...and my mouth asks that very question...
What hurts the most is when I'm talking to myself!
Oh, and no need answering myself...
It's sometimes scary in my world!

We all go through that at times. Its like cleaning out the mind. We remind ourselves of our faults and foibles. The trick is not listen to that voice when it becomes constant, at least for me.

@Sorrowfulgaze I write about the constant...then I crumble it up and toss it in the trash...somehow seeing it in words makes things less weighty for me.

@4getmenot of course writing it just gets it out of you. Less intimidating that way.
