I Think Personal Hygiene Is Important

Gym is usually full of germs. So many people touch the same equipment, they sweat on it and leave behind their horrible microbes. That's how dieseases like MRSA is transmitted. It's better to shower after gym for the wellbeing of everyone around you. It shouldn't take more than 2 minutes.

Gross and inconsiderate to coworkers. I knew a guy who used to do that. He had a surly attitude anyway. Not the happiest dude I've ever known. Probably did it on purpose.

If you work at a job where you are going to sweat any way no. But then maybe this person only had to do it this way once. Maybe there was a reason.

Only if you really smell bad. Lots of people get smelly by the end of the day, and all they've done is sit at their desk.

I think it depends on the type of job and whether the person will be in close enough proximity for anyone else to notice.

Most people smell worse than me when they wake up and come to work. I do t see it as a problem.
