And maybe they are right, maybe I am a mess, maybe I am crazy, maybe I'm loosing my mind. But believe me, you'd be insane too if you'd been through what I had to go through in the past year.

I just read an article that talked about the idea that the way we look at mental health issues is potentially a few thousand years out of date. Always hung up on the idea of chemical imbalances and completely ignoring what a person has been through.
