I Sometimes Say Im Okay, Even When I'm Not

I worry that my little brother will end up like me. He is 9 years old, shy, and sensitive.

I have depression, our dad has depression, and I'm worried that he will develop it as well.

I always make sure to support him, but I worry that by being around him too much he will realize that I'm not okay and it will hurt him.
