Someone at the gym today said I look like I can fight [I Love the Gym]

I’m 5’1
Between 130-140 pounds depending on the day (weight fluctuates)
Probably an athlete build, big arms and legs
I do go to the gym everyday

But I seriously couldn’t fight to save my life

Like one good punch to the face and I’m dead💀

Fighting isn't too difficult. Protect your chin and temple and take the person to the ground if you get the chance.


Thats probably easier said than done tho, unless you're trained tbf
